After announcing plans to have a massive year with a handful of new locations, Prime Pizza surprises everyone by announcing another new location coming soon to Woodland Hills at 6439 Canoga Ave.
Previously, What Now Los Angeles reported that the company was preparing for a big year, including the opening of new locations in Mission Viejo and Brea in Summer 2025, Torrance in Fall 2025, and a Northridge site, which is expected to open sometime next year. It appears that the fast-growing company has snagged another spot in Los Angeles, this time moving into the former home of Puzzle Pizza, near the Topanga Village shopping center, according to a recent liquor license application. This new location is expected to open in Spring 2025, although an exact opening date has not yet been announced.
The eatery offers a variety of New York-style pizzas, including both round and square options. Their round pies feature classics like the Cheese, Pepperoni, and Vodka, as well as specialty choices such as the BBQ Chicken and Supreme. For those preferring square slices, options include the Grandma, Sicilian, and Spicy Pepperoni. The menu also caters to dietary preferences with gluten-free and vegan pizzas, using The BE Hive’s vegan cheese and meats.
This is a massive accomplishment for the company, which was founded in 2014 by Zak Fishman. Prime Pizza began with the goal of bringing authentic New York-style pizza to Los Angeles. The company has since expanded to multiple locations across the city, including sites in Fairfax, Little Tokyo, Santa Monica, El Segundo, West LA, and Altadena. With plans to open four new locations in the next few years, Prime Pizza is poised for significant growth. Their commitment to high-quality ingredients and community engagement positions them for continued success in the years to come. It’s no wonder that Kendall Jenner has mentioned Prime Pizza as one of her favorite pizza spots in Los Angeles.
