New York’s Prince Street Pizza is adding a new location in Los Angeles’ Arts District.

This will be the fifth location for the company, with two sites in Los Angeles, one in Miami, and one in New York. Prince Street Pizza recently announced this new location on Instagram. Comments from the company on social media suggest the new location will be at 3rd & Traction, although that could not be confirmed. Another unknown is when this new location will open, but it will likely be sometime in Spring 2022. This will be the second upcoming location for the company, recently announcing a site in San Diego’s Gaslamp district.

This will be the first Los Angeles expansion since owners Frank and Dominic Morano faced severe backlash after food blogger Joe Rosenthal resurfaced racist comments from Frank on Yelp. Since then, the due have remained as owners but have no interactions with customers and aren’t be involved in managing the business. When the new Arts District location opens, guests can expect a welcoming environment that serves everyone their famous Sicilian-style square slices.

“Our family recipe stemmed from a simple idea ‘if you can put it on pasta, then you can put it on pizza,'” according to their website. “Whether you are in the mood for our classic cheese, the Soho Square, Spicy Spring, or even our vegan option – we have something that will surely make your taste buds dance with pure joy. Our Sicilian recipes have been in the family for generations, including our sauces, which are handcrafted daily from scratch and paired perfectly with our crisp and fluffy dough.”
