West Hollywood in the spring will be home to the first-ever 310 Shake Bar.
The health-centric smoothie and bowl takeaway restaurant is from nutrition supplement behemoth 310 Nutrition and will be the e-commerce company’s first foray into the brick-and-mortar space.
It is replacing the now-shuttered La Tropézienne Bakery, at 8703 Santa Monica Blvd.
An opening in March 2020 is likely for 310 Shake Bar, a rep for the brand Thursday told What Now Los Angeles.
310 Nutrition plans to franchise the shake bar, having just recently put a Los Angeles-based Regional Vice President of Franchise Operations in place.
“We are building our first storefront location and are looking passionate, committed individuals who each will play a vital role in building our first 310 Nutrition Health & Wellness Shop,” according to an now-expired LinkedIn advert seeking to fill the position.
“Reporting directly into the CEO, the Regional VP of Franchise Operations will play a strategic role in developing and implementing operations and business strategies designed to achieve objectives focused on driving sales, traffic and profits for the franchise community. This is a newly created role and opportunity crafted for an individual who has the experience, passion and strong will to build a franchise model from scratch.”
