Roll-Em-Up Taquitos, the Southern California-born, street casual concept known for its hand-rolled and fried taquitos, announced the grand opening of its newest restaurant, and first in Bell Gardens, at 7220 Eastern Ave., Suite F, just off the 710 Freeway. Open seven days a week from 10am until 11pm, Roll-Em-Up’s newest Southern California location has plentiful interior and exterior seating.

Using a family recipe, each Roll-Em-Up taquito starts with a fresh tortilla (corn or flour), hand-rolled and filled with citrus-marinated chicken, braised shredded beef, potatoes with green chilis, and freshly-grated, Monterrey jack cheese. The taquitos are then fried until crispy and golden brown, then topped with any one of Roll-Em-Up’s house-made sauces, including its signature Lit Sauce. Roll-Em-Up also offers house-made Guacamole, Queso and other side dishes, such as Street Corn and Churro Donuts.

The Bell Gardens restaurant is owned and operated by JSR Restaurant Group, which has deep LA-area business ties.
