Sadaf Restaurant is getting ready to expand its presence in Los Angeles with a new location coming to Beverly Hills at 272 S La Cienega Blvd.

The company’s third location is set to replace Blasteran, according to a recent liquor license application. It’s unclear when owner Sadaf Nezhad will open this site, but it will add even more variety to the food scene along La Cienega Boulevard. The new location proves the concept is popular in Los Angeles, considering the restaurant has sites in Encino and Thousand Oaks. When Sadaf Restaurant opens, customers can expect an exquisite Iranian restaurant with a menu of contemporary Persian cuisine.

“Discover Iran’s culinary treasures at Sadaf Restaurant,” Nezhad says on the restaurant’s website. “As the owner of Sadaf Restaurant, I’m excited to bring you the essence of Iran’s flavors. Join us for an authentic Persian dining experience that captures the heart of our culture.”

Sadaf Restaurant has been offering contemporary Persian cuisine since 2011. Named after the Persian word for “sea shell,” it provides a five-star dining experience focusing on healthy, flavorful meals. The menu features 100% olive and vegetable oils and no preservatives or additives, using only the leanest cuts of meat and freshest vegetables for the highest quality.

“We invite you to experience modern Persian cuisine at its finest here at Sadaf Restaurant, where you will be served healthy yet tasty, wholesome fresh food,” according to the company’s website. “All of our food is made with 100% olive and vegetable oils. No preservatives or additives are ever used. We use the leanest cuts of meats and the freshest vegetables.”
