San Fernando Coffee Company, a California-based cafe brand offering coffee, breakfast, and brunch, is getting ready to open a new location in Van Nuys at Sherman Way.

The company is set to open its 11th location in a space currently under construction, according to a social media post. While an exact opening date has not yet been announced, the Van Nuys cafe will offer the same menu and community-driven atmosphere as its other locations. Guests can expect specialty espresso drinks, iced beverages, fresh pastries, crepes, waffles, breakfast burritos, and handheld sandwiches.

Founded in San Fernando and with multiple locations across the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas, San Fernando Coffee Company has built a reputation for quality coffee and a welcoming environment. The brand emphasizes fair trade, organic beans from Latin America, and a menu that blends classic and creative breakfast and brunch items. This will mark another step in the company’s expansion across Southern California.

The Van Nuys location will join cafes in San Fernando, Monrovia, Burbank, North Hills, Simi Valley, Palmdale, Reseda, Canyon Country, Azusa, and Moorpark. Each location features a combination of indoor seating, grab-and-go options, and casual dining spaces designed to serve residents and visitors throughout the day. Signature menu items include the Mexican Mocha, Horchata Latte, Valley Girl iced latte, and 818 Boys Club hazelnut cold brew with horchata foam. Guests can also enjoy crepes and waffles with fresh fruit or Nutella, breakfast burritos, avocado toast with egg, and a variety of pastries and grab-and-go snacks. Seasonal drinks and rotating menu items provide additional variety.

“Our cozy cafes in San Fernando and Canyon Country are more than just places to enjoy delicious coffee and brunch; they are vibrant community hubs where friends gather, stories are shared, and new memories are made,” according to the company’s website. “We are dedicated to providing you with a warm, inviting atmosphere and exceptional service, ensuring that each visit feels like coming home.”
