Unknown Kitchen, a Vietnamese eatery in Brentwood, soft-opened this week.

The restaurant replaces Wahoo’s Fish Tacos, at 11913 Wilshire Blvd., adjacent Lazy Daisy Cafe.

On the menu are Vietnamese staples like pho and “shaken beef.”

An official grand opening is likely in mid-March, a manager for Unknown Kitchen Friday told What Now Los Angeles on a trip to the space.

While the current menu is for the “soft opening,” it’s not likely to see much change, they said; look for the addition of one or two more dishes, available after training in the next few weeks.

Unknown Kitchen is open daily Monday through Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 9:45 p.m., and Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 9 p.m.
