Shams Cafe, a Los Angeles-based specialty coffee shop known for its handcrafted drinks with a Middle Eastern twist, is set to relocate to Tarzana next year.
The cafe, which opened earlier this year, has temporarily closed its current location in Northridge at 7616 Reseda and is preparing to reopen in a new space in Tarzana, according to the cafe’s owner, who tells What Now Los Angeles the team anticipates reopening in March 2026.
“We’re moving into a beautiful new space, and we can’t wait to welcome you back soon,” the cafe shared on Instagram. “Thank you for your patience, your love, and your constant support — it means everything to us.”
Shams Cafe is renowned for its unique drinks, such as the Saffron Rose latte, Dubai Chocolate latte, and Sand-Brewed Coffee, which blend traditional Middle Eastern ingredients with modern coffee culture. The cafe’s design combines minimalism with timeless tradition, creating a welcoming space for coffee lovers to enjoy not just a drink, but an experience.
While the cafe will be temporarily closed as it prepares for the move, customers can expect the same signature lattes and flavorful offerings at the new location. The new Tarzana location will provide a fresh setting for Shams Cafe’s loyal customers and is expected to continue the brand’s focus on community, quality, and innovation in the coffee world.
As Shams Cafe transitions, it promises to maintain the vibe customers have come to love, offering a blend of exceptional coffee, unique flavors, and a relaxed atmosphere where people can “sip beautifully.”
