This summer, the LEED-certified Shore Hotel will be expanding its culinary offerings with the opening of Shoreside, a new California-coastal restaurant and bar concept.
“[Shoreside is] soon-to-be Santa Monica’s newest hotspot and ‘outdoor living room,’ combining Santa Monica’s charm with exceptional dining and breathtaking views,” reads a statement provided by a representative from the Shore Hotel.
The chic beachside restaurant will offer craft cocktails and seafood at the boutique hotel’s poolside indoor and outdoor space. Menu items will feature ingredients sourced right off the coast, produce from the local farmer’s market and locally grown herbs for the bar program.
Inside, guests will find an oversized ‘L-shaped’ bar with a centerpiece back bar that stretches to the ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows offering sunset views, custom terrazzo floors and woven furnishings.
Located on Ocean Avenue in the heart of Santa Monica, the 164-key Shore Hotel sits steps away from the Santa Monica Pier and Third Street Promenade. The family operated property is co-owned by Jon Farzam. Farzam also co-owns the Santa Monica Hotel and Ocean View Hotel.
