The fast-growing Southern California ramen shop Silverlake Ramen continues to expand with a new location coming to Mission Hills, located at 10392 N. Sepulveda Blvd.
The new 2,313 square-foot location will move into the Olivo at Mission Hills Shopping Center, next to One Hawaiin BBQ and Jersey Mikes. Franchisee Manseok Kwang of HMS Restaurant Management tells What Now Los Angeles he hopes to open the new Silverlake Ramen in late August or early September. When it opens, it will become the company’s 18th location in California, with new locations also coming to Downey, Santa Clara, Van Nuys, and South Pasadena.
When these new locations open, customers can expect some of the best ramen in Los Angeles County, made with traditional ingredients. The new proposed 49-seat restaurant will also have some vegan options. Some more commonly ordered ramen choices include the classic, the blaze, the shoyu, and the veggie. On top of the delicious ramen, the restaurant will also offer various appetizers, bowls, and rolls.
This will be a perfect spot for the upcoming Silverlake Ramen. On top of the excellent foot traffic from the surrounding restaurants and retailers, the competition is limited. Despite being surrounded by a handful of eateries, the next closest ramen shop is Rococo Ramen in Granada Hills. Silverlake Ramen also has locations in Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, and Washington, with many more on the way.
When will they open?
