Space housing pan-Asian eatery 7Fusion, at 14235 Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks, has been listed for lease.
It’s unclear if the 3,300-square-foot restaurant will close.
“We don’t know yet,” David Sack of Sack Associates, the listing’s broker, Thursday told What Now Los Angeles in an email.
“A new tenant could choose to improve and continue the concept. At a minimum, there will definitely be a change in management.”
Sack has an ownership interest in the property, according to the lease listing.
Reps for 7Fusion were not immediately available for comment.
7Fusion first opened its doors in 2018 under the direction of Executive and Pastry Chefs Maria Medina and Osmand Aziz.
“It’s a full-bodied experience every time you step through our doors, our customers carry their own trays and choose from a marketplace of exotic vegetables and proteins they want to feast on,” according to the restaurant’s Facebook page.
“Whatever they select is then prepared by our chefs in the middle of the dining room for all to watch and enjoy. It’s an art show you won’t want to miss.”
