Sweetfin Opening Three New LA Locations by End of Year

The company has new locations coming to Pasadena, Studio City, and Culver City

Sweetfin, the chef-driven restaurant that focuses on California-inspired poke and plant-based bowls, is opening three new Los Angeles locations by the end of the year.

A representative for the company tells What Now Los Angeles Sweetfin is planning to add three new locations by the end of the year. Coming in May 2022, the first is a ghost kitchen in Pasadena, offering only delivery and pickup. Next, Sweetfin has a new location coming to Studio City in the year’s third quarter. Finally, the company has another location coming to Culver City, expected to open in the fourth quarter of the year. The exact locations of these new restaurants are unknown.

The Santa Monica-based company currently has 14 locations throughout Southern California, including 10 in Los Angeles County. Recently, they opened their first Orange County location late last year with a new restaurant in Costa Mesa’s 17th Street Promenade. Sweetfin plans to add a second OC location next month with a new restaurant coming to Newport. The fast-growing company, owned and operated by founders Alan Nathan, Seth Cohen, and Brett Nestadt, has quickly become recognized by several well-respected publications.

Sweetfin was named to QSR’s 40/40 List for 2022: America’s Hottest Startup Fast Casuals, was recognized as a “Breakout Brand” by Nation’s Restaurant News, was named the best poke concept in LA by LA Magazine, and has been featured in Bloomberg, Forbes, The Hollywood Reporter, GQ, Inc. Magazine, Vogue and more. The company recently released a limited-time Cilantro Jalapeño Bowl, which can be ordered from April 12 to June 30.
