Tacos Estilo Guadalajara is working on a fourth location in Hawaiian Gardens, according to a recent liquor license application. The taco joint started as a food truck and opened its first brick-and-mortar in Lynwood 15 years ago. It also has outposts in Downey and Ontario.

Tacos Estilo Guadalajara focuses on serving authentic Guadalajara-style tacos. Owners Aide and Juan Cortez come from a long line of street vendors that served the Guadalajara community for many years, and they now carry that legacy on in the states.

The menu includes a number of different tacos, including asada, lengua (cow tongue), labio (cow lips), and cabeza (cow head). They also serve a variety of agua frescas, as well as postres (sweets).

An opening date for the Hawaiian Gardens location is currently unknown.
