Cajun seafood connoisseur, The Boil Daddy, will soon open another Los Angeles location in Valencia, according to a recent press release detailing the brand’s expeditious growth. The incoming outpost will be helmed by Ruzan and Aaron Graham and comes on the heels of the brand’s West Covina and Artesia store announcement. This marks 15 open and/or “coming soon” Los Angeles County locations for The Boil Daddy, according to its website.

The company was founded by Jun Cho with just $30,000 three years ago as a delivery-only model. Due to an overwhelmingly positive response and organic social media popularity, Cho and his team quickly worked to expand The Boil Daddy through franchising.

“Our entire team is blown away at the momentum we have seen already…with our franchise opportunity, and we haven’t even scratched the surface of what’s to come,” says Founder Jun Cho.

Cho continued, “The Boil Daddy is seeking to be the new face of delicious Cajun Seafood Boil not only in California but across the U.S.”

The Boil Daddy menu highlights the freshest seafood and ingredients including shrimp, lobsters, crabs, clams, and mussels cooked alongside potatoes and corn and served in various platings.

Notable offerings include the Fisherman’s Lunch (choice of shrimp head, peeled shrimp, mussels, or clams with 1 corn, 3 potatoes, 3 sausages), Daddy’s Shrimp Bowl (shrimp, potatoes, and sausages resting on a bed of hot jasmine white rice), and Daddy’s Noods (linguine pasta, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic chips, choice of seafood, choice of your favorite sauce, and choice of add-ons).

An interview with Ruzan is forthcoming.
