The Milk Tea Company delivers its milk tea all over the San Gabriel Valley, stopping in parking lots to serve traffic in cars and on foot — but now they’ve landed their first brick-and-mortar location at 9711 Valley Blvd in Rosemead. Where the tongue-in-cheek Dingle Berries Coffee & Tea used to stand, Leo Kwan’s more humble tea shop is moving in, he confirmed with What Now Los Angeles (WNLA) Friday.

The Milk Tea Company has made frequent appearances at the 626 Night Market over the last few years serving its two biggest special teas: Iced Hong Kong Style Milk Tea, which consists of highly-caffeinated black tea and evaporated milk; and Iced Strawberry Lemon Tea.

When Kwan is not attending events and food festivals, he’s usually found setting up shop right next to A Plus Tea House, where The Milk Tea Company’s stand gets a lot of foot traffic. Kwan’s tea company’s permanent 794 square-foot space will undergo a quick renovation ahead of opening later this year.
