Last Word Hospitality is preparing to unveil a brand-new concept in Los Angeles, located at 3901 W. 6th Street.

The new yet-to-be-announced concept will move into the former home of Here’s Looking At You, according to a recent liquor license application. While no further details have been released, What Now Los Angeles reached out to co-owners Holly Fox and Adam Weisblatt, who declined to comment. The previous concept’s website now reads “CLOSED FOREVER 6/13/25. Thank you for nine extraordinary years.”

Last Word Hospitality is a Los Angeles-based restaurant group known for developing chef-driven, neighborhood-focused concepts. The group operates Found Oyster in East Hollywood, which specializes in sustainable seafood and raw bar offerings. They also oversee Red Dog Saloon, a western-themed bar in Pioneertown. Additional concepts from the restaurant group include Barra Santos, The Copper Room, Queen’s Raw Bar & Grill, and Rasarumah. The company is recognized for revitalizing underutilized spaces and transforming them into locally beloved destinations.

The new concept will be located in a high-visibility area with steady pedestrian traffic. It is situated near the intersection of West 6th Street and South Wilton Place, near several apartment complexes and local businesses. The surrounding Koreatown area is known for its dense population and consistent dining traffic; additionally, the location benefits from easy access to nearby thoroughfares and public transportation routes.
