American restaurant The Win~Dow is making its way to San Pedro’s upcoming West Harbor Waterfront development, located at 1190 Nagoya Way.

This is the second restaurant from owner Paul Hibler coming to the $150 million redevelopment, joining his Pitfire Pizza. The two restaurants are a part of a massive 6,160 square foot announcement of new restaurants and retailers, including King & Queen Cantina, Olala Crepes, and Harbor Breeze. These businesses will be joining a group of already announced restaurants, such as YamashiroPoppy + Rose, Mike Hess Brewing, and more, all opening sometime in 2023.

This will be the fourth official location for The Win~Dow, recently opening a location in Silver Lake. The other two restaurants can be found in Venice. All locations serve classic smash-burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, and $7 grain bowls. Although their food is available for pick-up and delivery, the best way to enjoy their food is by pulling up a stool outside and hanging out with their neighbors.

“We are thrilled to welcome King & Queen, Pitfire Pizza, The Win-Dow, Olala Crepes, and Harbor Breeze to West Harbor and our new Market Hall,” said Valerie James, Vice President of Business Development at West Harbor, in a press release. “The diversity and quality of dining and entertainment establishments that are choosing West Harbor is a testament to how this will become a true destination on the LA Waterfront.”
