Trio Coffee House, known for its handcrafted lattes and vibrant seasonal menus, is expanding to Canoga Park with a new location at 21516 Sherman Way, set to open later this summer.

The company’s third location, following successful openings in Palmdale and Quartz Hill, will move into the former home of a gentlemen’s club, according to WhatsNewSFV. The brand has built a strong following with a menu that blends quality ingredients with creative flavor combinations, alongside a warm, community-focused atmosphere. An exact opening date for this new location has not been announced yet.

When this location of Trio Coffee House opens, customers can expect a range of delicious drinks and snacks. Popular drink offerings include the Iced Banana Matcha topped with banana cold foam and crushed vanilla wafers, the Toasted Marshmallow Latte, and the Caramel Brûlée Latte. Seasonal series like “Summer in Sicily” offer limited-time options, including the Passionfruit & Pomegranate Sunset Lemonade and Beach Matcha with coconut milk.

Non-coffee drinkers can choose from a variety of teas, chai, and matcha drinks, including Dirty Matcha, Lavender Fog, and fruit-infused iced teas. Trio also serves a selection of pastries, bagels, and croissant sandwiches, like the Turkey Pesto & Cheese and Jalapeño Ham & Cheese Bagel.

Each location features a modern design with ample seating and a laid-back vibe, inviting customers to relax, work, or catch up with friends. A small retail section offers Trio-branded coffee beans, bottles, and tote bags.

With the opening of Canoga Park, Trio Coffee House continues to expand its footprint in Southern California, bringing its signature drinks, aesthetic, and community energy to a new corner of Los Angeles.
