Wahoo’s Fish Taco Shutters on Wilshire, Will Soon Reopen as Unknown Kitchen

Restaurant is from team behind the ever-growing Ono Hawaiian BBQ chain.

Wahoo’s Fish Taco has quietly shuttered its Brentwood location, at 11913 Wilshire Blvd.

But just as quickly as the fast-casual taco chain closed its doors, another restaurant–Unknown Kitchen–is already taking over the digs.

The new restaurant, rumored to be Vietnamese, is from the same folks growing the Ono Hawaiian BBQ concept all around town.

Additional details are still, well, unknown.

Even the workers building out the restaurant’s new space didn’t know what exactly it was that they were building (all else that it was a restaurant, that is.)

What Now Los Angeles confirmed the plans with leasing reps tied to the deal and have an email out to the folks at Ono.
