Wanderlust Creamery, a Southern California ice cream shop with a handful of locations throughout Los Angeles, is getting ready to expand to Torrance.
The company, founded by Adrienne Borlongan and Jon-Patrick Lopez, already has eight locations but is opening two more. The first will be in Costa Mesa, opening in Fall 2024, followed by Torrance in Spring 2025, according to the company’s website. Wanderlust Creamery will open its newest location in Rolling Hills Plaza, offering delicious ice cream flavors inspired by different parts of the world. The company, which first opened in 2015, is also available for catering and large events.
When the ice cream shop opens another location in Los Angeles next year, customers can expect a dozen unique flavors. Some flavors on the menu include ube malted crunch, Japanese Neapolitan, sticky rice + mango, Vietnamese rocky road, passionfruit cacao, pandan tres leches, and more. Wanderlust Creamery also takes pride in having something for everything, with a variety of its options being either gluten/ wheat-free, vegan/dairy, nut-free, or egg-free.
“Inspired by our own feelings of wanderlust, every flavor is made from memories, the flavors that remind us of our childhoods, the places we’ve been, and the places we want to go,” according to the company’s website. “Our unexpected flavor combinations are precisely formulated to ensure a creamy texture that’s light on the palate, regardless of whether it’s made with 100% organic milk from straus family creamery or dairy-free.”
