Details surrounding Wolfgang Puck’s incoming Pendry West Hollywood restaurants have emerged, including renderings of what the spaces might look like. Called Ospero and Merois, Puck’s new Sunset Strip eateries will debut alongside the under-construction hotel and residences this fall, at 8430 Sunset Boulevard, according to the Pendry’s website. Reservations as of last month are now being taken for the hotel.

Merois, shown above, will be a rooftop concept, situated on the eleventh floor, opposite the hotel’s pool and complete with indoor and outdoor dining. “Merois combines the city’s open-air allure, featuring striking downtown and Sunset Blvd views, with Chef Wolfgang Puck’s vision for the sophisticated subtleties of Japanese, Southeast Asian, and French/California cuisine,” according to the hotel’s website. “A menu of Puck’s classic sought-after dishes sits alongside an all-new offering of seasonal, unexpected creations that speak to Merois’ airy, magical setting. You’ve seen Sunset. But never like this.”

Ospero will be housed on the ground level with a wood-burning pizza oven as its focal point. With a pastry take-away counter and direct street access, Ospero is meant to be more casual and more easily accessible to residents and tourists. “Ospero features a relaxed yet refined menu of neighborhood-friendly favorites from Chef Wolfgang Puck, including bright breakfast staples, housemade salads, vegan dishes, grab-and-go, a wood burning pizza oven and full bar,” the website states. “With both indoor dining and an intimate al fresco terrace tucked away from Sunset Blvd., the easygoing allure of Ospero redefines the concept of casual dining, any time of the day. For the better.”

Debuting as the third and newest addition to the Pendry Hotels & Resorts portfolio, which includes Pendry San Diego and Sagamore Pendry Baltimore, Pendry West Hollywood will consist of 149 guestrooms and suites as well as 40 Pendry Residences by Montage Hotels & Resorts. Amenities include a rooftop pool and bar, a multi-purpose live entertainment venue, a screening room, a bowling alley, Spa Pendry, and a fitness center.
