Japanese ramen restaurant Yoshiharu Ramen is opening a new location in Cerritos, located at 11533 South St.

There is no known opening date as of now, but a recent liquor license application suggests they could open in Spring or Summer 2022. Another unknown is who will be the franchisee of this location, but last month the company filed to raise $18 million in a U.S. IPO. What is known is that this will be the third location in Los Angeles, following La Miranda and Whitter, and eighth overall, with most locations in Orange County and San Bernadino County. The new Yoshiharu Ramen will move into the Cerritos Promenade.

Yoshiharu Ramen takes pride in its broth that is distilled from pork bones and boiled for 14 hours. The result is a broth that is pure, high in collagen, rich in gelatin, amino acids, and clean. When the restaurant does open, guests can expect classic appetizers, various rice bowls, bento boxes, rolls, and of course, plenty of ramen.

“Yoshiharu Ramen’s mission is to serve authentic Japanese ramen that is healthy, delicious, hipster, exciting, hearty and affordable,” according to their website. “Customers love the contemporary design and clean atmosphere of the restaurant, as well as the delightful deep taste of authentic Japanese ramen noodles, served hot and at a very affordable rate with the cheapest coldest beer in town. Our head chef originated from Japan who is a professional at making authentic Japanese ramen with over 12 years of experience under his belt.”
