The Yours Truly team, headed by Chef Vartan Abgaryan, alongside Dave Reiss and New School’s Paul Pruitt, later this year will open Post Script, Eater LA on Monday first reported. A newly-created Instagram account for the incoming eatery confirms the news.
Post Script will likely be unlike any other restaurant you’ve been to. Touted as an “outdoor dining experience,” it won’t have a physical brick-and-mortar location, or even a kitchen, but will rather operate out of a posh tent in the parking lot of Reiss’s bar in the Brigs building, at 1515 Abbot Kinney Blvd, as shown in the above rendering.
While the nearby Yours Truly will act as a prep and staging site for Post Script, there will be a live-fire cooking element on site, according to Eater LA. The casual dinner spot will feel like an indoor space complete with a painted floor anchored by a wood-fired grill. There will be a food truck used for plating. The menu will include grilled meats and salads.
