GoGoSonic, an on-demand grocery delivery platform, is plotting a massive Los Angeles expansion, starting with Alhambra, located at 214 W. Main St.
The company already has two locations, recently opening a second near Downtown Los Angeles. This allows the company to serve the greater USC area with on-demand delivery. At present, it can be successfully delivered in the fastest 37 minutes in the great Irvine and Downtown LA area. Owner Jay Zhao tells What Now Los Angeles he expects to open the new Alhambra location sometime in March 2022. This isn’t the only location planned for Southern California. Zhao says he plans to open 8-10 warehouse+ retails around SoCal by year-end.
The new Alhambra location will serve as a “c-store,” meaning customers can expect a retail store, and it will serve walk-in, pickup, and deliveries for the neighborhood within 10 miles. It’s too soon to say what the other 8-10 warehouse+ retailers will feature, but a recent liquor license suggests alcohol will be available at the new Alhambra store. Other items available at GoGoSonic include groceries, wholesale, household products, and home services, all at an affordable price. As the company slowly starts to invade Southern California, they have big plans leading into the future, hoping to expand throughout California by the end of 2022.
“GoGoSonic is a next-generation with an artificial intelligence-powered convenience store that serves you as your fridge, kitchen, and neighbors,” according to Zhao. “Our instant delivery options are dedicated to high-quality services and a wide range of pre-selected products. The diversity and uniqueness of our products have always been our pride. While providing the best service, we strive to let our customers get their products in the fastest time.”
