Lululemon is in the throes of opening a permanent storefront in The Grove.

The yoga-inspired athletic wear retailer in spring 2020 will debut in space adjacent American Girl, at 189 The Grove Dr. Suite F20.

Construction is already underway at the space, situated directly across the street from the newly-opened Sephora, a rep for The Grove on Wednesday confirmed over the telephone with WhaT Now Los Angeles.

An estimated $150,000 will be spent building out the new Lululemon, according to an official City of Los Angeles filing.

Lululemon is not new to The Grove.

The company at the end of 2019 held a pop-up store (pictured above) in the outdoor mall.

With the addition of the permanent Fairfax Lululemon later this year, the athletic wear retailer will operate 10 outposts in SoCal.
