F45 Training, the global fitness community specializing in high-intensity group workouts that are fast and results-driven has announced a new location will open at Halo in Downtown Los Angeles this fall.
Halo, a new destination located within walking distance of Downtown Los Angeles’ most iconic arts and cultural sites on Bunker Hill, offers a line up of eateries, retail and more, and is owned and operated by Brookfield Properties – Downtown Los Angeles’ largest commercial property owner.
“We continue to see the positive changes in our member’s lives when they take control of their health and fitness by committing to our classes. We are excited to bring the next F45 Training studio to the Downtown Los Angeles community and offer our results-driven workouts to the Bunker Hill and surrounding communities.” said Armen Thomas, Executive Director, at Aussie Fit LLC, the F45 Training franchisee in a statement.
“We’re thrilled that F45 Training is joining the Halo community,” said Rachael Zanetos, Director of Retail Leasing, at Brookfield Properties. “We can’t wait to offer Downtown Los Angeles more options for fitness and health and to continue expanding Halo as a destination on Bunker Hill to eat, connect, workout and more.”
Thomas operates several other F45 Training studios in and around Los Angeles, Pasadena and Glendale. The F45 deal has been put together by Rachael Zanetos, Director, Mixed-Use of Brookfield Properties’ retail group in collaboration with Joyce Goldstein, VP at CBRE.
