Santa Clarita-based Sabelli-Frisch Winery is considering expansion plans—in more ways than one. First, there are plans to convert a storage unit in DTLA’s Wholesale District, at 2079 E 15th Street Suite 120, into a winemaking facility, Owner Adam Sabelli-Frisch tells What Now Los Angeles. It is expected to open by either spring or fall of 2021.

Sabelli-Frisch also says that he is hoping to eventually open up a new winery, but it’s still in the very early planning stages. He’s considering the following neighborhoods: DTLA, Beverly Hills, Melrose, and Fairfax, but it’s “still to be decided.” The winery started in 2018 and is currently harvesting their third vintage. The business is currently in talks with local retail shops to offer their products through more options than direct-to-sales for customers.
