Target has added two more locations to its ever-growing list of stores in Los Angeles. La Bonnie Brae, located at 330 Westlake Ave., Suite 500, and Encino Ventura Boulevard, located at 17401 Ventura Blvd., Unit A, will be hosting grand openings for their small-format stores on Sunday, Aug. 15.

Encino Ventura Boulevard recently completed a 106,000-square-foot renovation that includes Blaze Pizza, The Kebab Shop, Planet Fitness, Pressed, and Shake Shack.

“One of our main goals was to re-envision the center with a focus on fun, food, and fitness,” said Mark Ross, senior director of Leasing at ShopCore Properties, owners and managing entity for Encino Courtyard, in a statement. “Now more than ever, customers want to shop and socialize in outdoor shopping centers, and businesses are prioritizing outdoor locations when looking to expand or launch a brand.”

Los Angeles now has 118 stores in the greater Los Angeles Area, including 27 small-format locations, according to a press release. La Bonne Brae will be approximately 18,500 square feet, while Encino Ventura Boulevard’s location will be 49,000 square feet. Both will feature a CVS pharmacy, a Starbucks, and order pickup options.
