An approximately 1,200 square foot retail space on the Ocean Front Walk has reportedly been sold to Kyle Blevin of Boneshaker Electric Bikes.
Leasing agent John Moudakis of Par Commercial Brokerage said the successful specialty bike retail and rental shop will be opening soon. Caroline Garjewski Accoursio served as the listing agent in the deal.
“If you are in the Venice-area and are looking for a bike rental service perfect for family activities, Boneshaker Electric Bike is the place to go,” the company posted onto Instagram earlier this year.
Already with a spot at 1501 Ocean Front Walk #5, Boneshaker Electric Bikes offers a wide selection of quality bikes with competitive pricing.
The new property at 1825 Ocean Front Walk, in Venice, according to Par Commercial, and is located on the Venice Beach Boardwalk.
Moudakis described it as being “right in front of Muscle Beach” and right next to The Windows restaurant as it should be prime real estate for anyone working out in the area to shop.
What Now Los Angeles did not hear back from Blevin in time of publication.
