Maison Yoga to Bring Modern Wellness to Downtown Miami
Miami is ready for its first hot yoga studio and cold plunge as Cafe Bastille’s dynamic duo is back. Located across Cafe Bastille in Downtown Miami, Maison Yoga invites locals for a moment of rejuvenation. The studio is set to open in August 2025.
Maison Yoga aims to build a wellness-focused community that goes beyond traditional fitness. Centered on healing, nourishment, and a sense of belonging, the studio focuses on using a holistic approach to nurture the mind and body.
The 1,600 square foot studio is designed with thoughtful, nature-inspired elements. The light-filled studio is designed to support both movement and recovery. Arched wall nooks house yoga props like blocks, blankets, incense, and crystals for student use. These are free to be used by teachers and students alike.
Hot Yoga, Cold Plunge, and Other Interesting Features
The studio will double as an event space for community gatherings and workshops. This includes Maison Yoga’s signature Brunch & Flow sessions every Sunday. The space is also available to rent for private bookings, workshops, and teacher training.
Maison Yoga offers a range of classes designed to support both physical and mental wellness. The services include:
- Hot Yoga: This session promotes flexibility, endurance, and a deep body-mind connection.
- The class levels are:
- Power Flow: energetic, strength-building yoga.
- Vinyasa: breath-synchronized yoga.
- Yin: a slow-paced, deep, relaxing practice.
- Hot Pilates: This is designed to improve posture, balance, and full-body strength. It is a low-impact, core-focused workout.
- Sculpt: Strength training and cardio using light weights and bodyweight resistance to tone, define, and energize.
- HIIT: Maximize calorie burn and build power through this high-intensity interval training class.
- Cold Plunge: Post-class muscle recovery session that reduces inflammation and improves the mood.
- Sound Healing: This guided therapeutic class uses sound frequencies, vibrations, and resonant tones. It brings relaxation, balance, and emotional well-being.
- Meditation: Quiet the mind, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity. This is a session to cultivate awareness, presence, and inner calm.
- Brunch & Flow: A Sunday morning yoga class followed by brunch bites from Café Bastille, cold plunge access, and community networking.
The classes are all held in a heated environment, but non-heated classes will be available in the future.
Maison Yoga also offers added convenience with pre-order options for smoothies and coffee from Café Bastille. Members and class instructors can pre-order smoothies and coffee from Cafe Bastile to enjoy before or after classes.
Yearly memberships include exclusive discounts at Café Bastille. The monthly membership starts at $199 for unlimited classes. At a monthly membership of $239, members can avail unlimited classes, cold plunge access, and free parking.
Owned by the Duo Behind Cafe Bastille
Maison Yoga is a unique vision created by the co-founders of the studio. It has been inspired by Estelle’s breast cancer journey and Benjamin’s passion for fitness. After her breast cancer diagnosis in February 2025, Estelle began prioritizing her health and slowing down. This, in turn, changed her vision of what healing and balance could look like.
“This past year, as I’ve navigated my own healing journey, I’ve come to deeply understand the importance of integrating holistic wellness into my daily life – and surrounding myself with a community that values the same,” said Estelle.
The studio deeply believes that wellness should be both accessible and supportive. As part of this mission, a portion of the studio’s proceeds will support breast cancer organizations. The studio will also hold free workshops for women diagnosed with breast cancer. The bimonthly workshops welcome women with both current and past breast cancer diagnoses. These workshops are for creating a safe space for connection, strength, and shared healing.
Maison Yoga brings a wellness-forward concept to Downtown Miami, blending fitness with community and recovery programming.
