I & A Holding Group’s Bold New Housing Vision
I & A Holding Group is leading the transformation of a 7,989-square-foot warehouse into a thriving residential community. The development, designed by Modis Architects, sits on 3.64 acres of land at S Dixie Hwy. The ambitious vision combines contemporary urban design with efficiency and functionality. The design focuses on energy efficiency and modern aesthetics, reaffirming the group’s vision to create innovative urban spaces.
Commitment to Affordable and Workforce Housing Opportunities
This project includes 229 residences. Of these, 57 units are workforce homes for families earning 60 to 140 percent of the area median income. Household income eligibility ranges from $42,600 to $99,400 for a four-person family. The transparent cost plan and pricing for this project demonstrate prudent planning in meeting community standards without sacrificing quality or affordability in any way.
Diverse Community Amenities and Retail Opportunities
More than 2,400 square feet of indoor amenities provide recreation and leisure spaces. Moreover, around 2,300 square feet of commercial space supports local businesses. A total of 154 parking spaces will be provided through strategic parking reduction. Amenities in the future include community rooms, spaces for fitness and social gatherings, and well-lit corridors that promote a safe and community-oriented living environment.
Project Progress and Future Milestones
The development is divided in two stages. Phase one will have 109 homes with studio to two-bedroom layouts. The second phase is expected to produce 110 more homes. A pre-application filing is underway to gather community feedback.
The Arbors at Leisure project is a milestone for Homestead. It features contemporary design, affordable housing, and quality community amenities.
