Meliá Hotels International is launching its first branded residences in the U.S. with Meliá Miami Brickell. The project is located at 1120 SW 3rd Avenue, only minutes away from I-95 and Brickell City Centre.
The development will feature 110 residences combining luxury, wellness, and full-service hotel amenities. Meliá Miami Brickell is meant to be a mixture of privately owned property combined with the comfort of a full-service hotel.
This launch reflects Meliá’s growing interest in the branded residences concept. This is an emerging segment in real estate and luxury hospitality.
