Lily’s Handmade Ice Cream’s newest location will officially open its doors in Boynton Beach on Friday, November 14, 2025.  Lily’s is a true family venture, run by the Gilinsky family (Ronen, with sons Ori and Tal) who built the shop from scratch with passion, dedication, and a true love for America’s favorite frozen treat.  To kick off the celebration, on opening day the first 50 guests will receive a free scoop of ice cream. The store opens at noon.

Recognized for their focus on creativity and quality, Lily’s offers a diverse and playful menu that features both classic and unique flavors. Each batch is made fresh in-house using all-natural ingredients, with no preservatives or artificial flavors. Like the Delray and recently opened North Miami Beach location they will feature the brand’s 12 signature flavors alongside two limited-edition flavors that rotate monthly, offering customers something new to try every time. This month’s November flavors include Marshmallow Madness and Rainbow Italian Cookie. In addition to its signature scoops, Lily’s also offers a variety of sweet treats, including specialty sundaes, ice cream cakes, ice cream sandwiches, and homemade waffle cones.
