MYKA, the globally known authentic Greek yogurt ice cream brand that has captivated Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East, is bringing its international concept to the United States with the opening of its first location at Robert Rivani’s historic Lincoln Theatre—one of Miami Beach’s most iconic Art Deco landmarks.

Officially opening its doors on December 8, 2025, MYKA introduces an entirely new gourmet ice cream category crafted from premium Greek yogurt imported weekly from Greece. Founded in Madrid by entrepreneurs Natalia Morales and Javier Ezquerro, MYKA has rapidly expanded to 16 countries, evolving from a local artisanal concept into a global sensation. Each MYKA store features its own in-store workshop, where ice cream is made fresh daily alongside more than 30 gourmet toppings.

“Launching MYKA’s first U.S. location at the Lincoln Theatre is a dream come true,” said Natalia Morales, Founder of MYKA in a statement. “This flagship is our invitation for guests to experience the soul of Greek yogurt ice cream the way it was meant to be enjoyed.”

MYKA’s proprietary recipe blends artisanal greek yogurt with pasteurized milk and high-end kefir to preserve the probiotic benefits, protein content, and creamy texture of traditional Greek yogurt—without artificial additives or industrial substitutes. Toppings range from handmade crumbles and fruit compotes to granolas and their famed baklava. Guests can customize their creations from MYKA’s signature bases: Classic Greek Frozen Yogurt made with goat’s kefir, rotating seasonal flavors, and fruit-forward sorbets offering vegan and lactose-free options. The result is an elevated sensory experience rooted in simplicity, authenticity, and craftsmanship.

MYKA will unveil a design-forward flagship reflecting the brand’s Mediterranean ethos and commitment to modern craftsmanship. Visitors will be transported to Greece through an immersive experience where every detail, from textures to flavors, celebrates authentic Mediterranean tradition.

“Natalia and Javier have created something people really connect with, there are lines out the door,” said Robert Rivani, President of RIVANI. “Introducing MYKA at Lincoln Theatre sets the tone for how we are reimagining Lincoln Road, as a next-generation destination where legacy, culture and innovation intersect.”

RIVANI acquired the historic Lincoln Theatre as part of a strategic commitment to reimagine Lincoln Road’s future. The commercial real estate and hospitality visionary has invested more than $150 million along the storied corridor, including the acquisition and reinvention of The Lincoln office building into a transformative ‘Class X’ luxury office space that delivers five-star hospitality and wellness.

Following its U.S. debut, MYKA plans to expand into key American and Latin American markets in 2026, sharing its distinctive Greek yogurt ice cream experience with new audiences worldwide. The Miami Beach flagship is slated to open in December 2025.
