Founded in 2008 in New York City, 16 Handles is “NYC’S #1 Soft Serve & Dessert Brand,” inviting guests to “Let the Good Times Swirl.” But 16 Handles is not only found in New York, or even just in northeastern states like Connecticut and New Jersey: it’s expanding all over the country, with locations already open in South Carolina, Florida, and Texas.

Another new location for 16 Handles is now preparing to open its doors in West Palm Beach, where it will launch soon at 3231 S Dixie Highway.

“With 16 rotating flavors and and endless toppings bar at every shop, 16 Handles believes that quality and deliciousness go hand in hand,” says the 16 Handles website. “Our library of Artisan flavors includes better-for-you frozen yogurt, all-natural ice cream, and the best vegan options on the market—like oatmilk soft serve and real fruit sorbets.”

What Now confirmed news of the opening with franchisee Ben Goldberg on Friday. Goldberg declined to make any immediate comment on the opening, but What Now is waiting on an update.
