Featuring Peruvian and Japanese fusion cuisine, Manta Nikkei is now open. Inspired by the Japanese migration that happened over a century ago to Peru, Manta Nikkei’s menu is a blend of two culinary heritages. The menu has an array of signature dishes, including rolls, sashimis, nigiris, ceviches, tiraditos, and other creations crafted by the chefs. Each dish combines the diversity and vibrancy of Peruvian cuisine with the elegance and finesse of Japanese culinary artistry.
