South Florida’s 26° Brewing Co. is tapping into something new with its exciting evolution into 26° Brewery & Kitchen – a full-scale brewery and restaurant. Launching its best new self mid-April 2025, friends and owners Yonathan Ghersi, Oscar Olikowicz, Jason Ferreira and Greg Lieberman have collectively fermented a new era for the independent craft brewery; featuring an expansive menu crafted by local chef and restaurateur Daniel Serfer – owner of the Blue Collar and Mignonette restaurants in Miami. Soon to feature not just brews, but a menu perfect for lunch, dinner, and post-work stress relief Happy Hour, as well as special events. 26° Brewery & Kitchen is where exceptional beer meets great food in one of Broward County’s foremost cities by the sea.
Located at 2600 East Atlantic Boulevard, 26° Brewing Co. has been making beers since 2017 and has quickly become a local favorite, known for its innovative beers and community-driven vibe. Now, with the addition of a full kitchen, guests can enjoy an even more engaging experience in the brewery’s newly-redesigned space. The expansive dining room spans 6,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 300 guests.
While Serfer was brought on as a consultant to help curate the menu, the kitchen at 26° will be helmed by Executive Chef Fergus Conneely, who brings his expertise and passion to executing the vision daily. “Beer and food should complement each other perfectly, and that’s exactly what we have created here,” says co-owner Yonathan Ghersi in a statement. “We took inspiration from the bold, refreshing beers of 26, carefully crafting a menu that enhances every sip with flavors that elevate the entire experience. It’s all about balance, creativity, and bringing people together over great food and exceptional beer.”
