Raising Cane’s Opening New Coral Way Location in Coral Gables

The new restaurant at 3600 Coral Way will introduce its popular Box Combo to the people of Coral Gables. The outlet will start service on Tuesday, February 3. The location is expected to serve neighborhood residents, students, and local beachgoers with its made-to-order Chicken Fingers, buttery Cane Toast, crinkle-cut fries, and more options.
The Area Leader of Restaurants, CJ Clement, said that the community spirit was really strong along the Coral Way. Therefore, the intimate nature of the neighborhood made it a really attractive location to expand the brand further in Miami. “We’re excited to bring more of Raising Cane’s to Miami, serving up our Chicken Finger Meals to the friends and families who make Coral Way such a special place. We can’t wait to open our doors, meet our neighbors, and join in the energy and spirit that makes this area so unique.”
The Coral Way Raising Cane’s location will be open from Sunday through Thursday, between 10 a.m. and 2 a.m. On Fridays and Saturdays, the restaurant will stay open until 3 a.m., catering to late-night diners.
Inside the Raising Cane’s Menu
The menu of Raising Cane’s is known for its ONE LOVE – Craveable Chicken Finger Meals. Each meal starts with premium chicken marinated for at least 24 hours and cooked fresh to order.
All essential menu items, such as Texas toast, coleslaw, fries, lemonade, and tea, are made in-house daily. This process helps ensure consistency and freshness from the first bite to the last. Cane’s Sauce is one of the award-winning creations and the best to date in the restaurant industry.
Customers at the Coral Way restaurant can choose the traditional Box Combo, which includes chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, buttery Texas toast, coleslaw, and the brand’s special Cane’s Sauce.
The menu also has chicken-finger sandwiches, kids’ meals, and Tailgate boxes available in groups. Fresh-brewed teas, lemonade, and fountain drinks accompany the food items.

Events for Grand Opening Celebration
The restaurant has made preparations to host a grand opening celebration. The festivities will begin before the restaurant opens at 10 a.m. Customers are encouraged to arrive early to take part in the festivities, including:

- Live entertainment: There will be music all day long, with a DJ from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and the Coral Gables Cheer Team will be playing since 8:45 a.m.
- Dog adoption event: Brady & Hunter Foundation will organize an on-site dog adoption event between 8 and 9 a.m.
- Drive-thru entertainment: The LED Glow Bot will be available to entertain the customers in the drive-thru.
