Founded in Orlando in 2021 by Fabiano Borsato, Kelly Borsato, Maximiliano De Paula, and Ricardo Oliveira, Brazilian steakhouse brand Adega Gaucha is having a big year. After launching its second location this summer, in Kissimmee, Adega Gaucha is preparing to open its third, this time in the South Florida market.
“Our target is the middle of December,” co-founder Fabiano Borsato told What Now on Monday, adding that construction delays prevented an opening even sooner.
“Adega Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse offers a fusion of traditional Gaucho-style cooking and modern steakhouse elegance,” says the brand’s website. “Our commitment to chef-driven cuisine, handpicked wines, and exceptional hospitality provides a unique and unforgettable dining experience. Come taste the flavors of Brazil, where the heritage of the past meets the innovation of the present.”
South Florida’s first Adega Gaucha will open in Deerfield Beach’s Hillsboro Square, at 240 S Federal Highway. The anticipation appears to be building as the reviews have already started coming in:
“I’m counting the days for them to open here,” says one review on Google. “We celebrated my stepdaughter’s birthday with friends in their location in Orlando. It was an amazing experience, everyone was beyond helpful and courteous! The place is finely decorated, the food is delicious and the service was outstanding.”
“The best Brazilian restaurant in the USA,” says another.
News of the Kissimmee and Deerfield locations broke earlier this year on Brazilian news site MarVil.
“We are excited to bring the authentic Brazilian gastronomic experience to those communities, where our culture is already valued and celebrated by the local American public,” co-founder and CEO Ricardo Oliveira said in that coverage (translation ours).
