Paris Baguette, the South Korea-born Parisian-style bakery, will soon be your neighborhood bakery cafe. The brand is a global powerhouse, with more than 4,000 locations worldwide, more than 250 of which are in the U.S. And after a successful launch at 1911 S Federal Highway in Delray Beach, the franchise is going big in South Florida, where Nick Scaccio, CDO at Paris Baguette North America, says the long term plan is to reach as many as 40 or 50 locations.

“South Florida is a phenomenal market that we’re eager to continue opening in and expanding,” Scaccio told What Now last week. “Our vision and our mission is to reestablish the neighborhood bakery cafe around the world, immersing ourselves in local communities, identifying and working with local donation partners to mitigate food waste, and helping people.”

This immersion in the local culture will be fully on display in the brand’s next South Florida location, which is set to open in Wynwood in Q2 2026. It will feature murals from local artists that bring the vibrant culture of the Wynwood streets inside the cafe.

“You’re going to have the Paris vibe and Wynwood vibe together,” Cesar Paoli, owner of the Wynwood location, told What Now on Tuesday. “Paris Baguette is something very new to the area, not the sort of thing you see around, and the people of Miami and Wynwood are going to love it. In five years, everyone is going to know Paris Baguette.”

Paris Baguette is a one-stop shop for cakes and bread, along with a wide range of Sweets and Pastries; Savories like the Prosciutto, Fig & Goat Cheese Pizzetta, and a wide range of Salads, Sandwiches & Wraps. That’s all alongside coffees, teas, and Frozen Beverages like the Matcha Frappe.

Paoli says he began his journey with Paris Baguette as a customer in New York City.

“I used to have a place near Columbus Circle,” Paoli said. “I loved the Paris Baguette there; I used to go for breakfast, and the pastries were amazing. It was not only because of the quality of dough but the variety of products they have: pastries, amazing little wraps, salads. It’s an incredible lineup. And I hadn’t seen anything like that in Miami yet.”

Paoli says he hopes to open between 4 and 6 stores in the Miami market, and that’s only part of this growing neighborhood bakery cafe’s ambitions for the area. Stay tuned for more Paris Baguette news: there’s a lot coming!
