Argentina’s Piegari Ristorante, known for its handcrafted, authentic Italian cuisine, service and sophisticated design, is now open in the heart of Wynwood. Like its predecessor in Argentina, this North American location at 137 NW 26th Street, will indubitably become known as a must-try fine dining destination and a premier location for celeb-spotting. The expansion to the United States marks a notable milestone for a brand that has maintained icon status since it opened its doors in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1994.

The Miami location will bring a taste of Italian culinary excellence to Miami’s exciting and ever-growing internationally-inspired culinary landscape.

“This Miami location has been a project long in the works and longer in development,” quips owner Alberto Chinkies in a statement. “We are thrilled that opening day is on the horizon and we can finally treat locals and visitors to the extraordinary dining and hospitality we work so hard every day to deliver.”

Piegari Ristorante seamlessly merges its signature dishes with bold and exquisite flavors with a menu featuring Cold Entrees, Warm Starters, Homemade Pasta, Secche Dried Pasta, Risotto, Fish, Chicken, Salads, Carne e Vitello, Sides and Desserts. Thoughtful in its design, Piegari Ristorante evokes a warm and inviting atmosphere where style and sophistication converge. A stunning 160-seat dining room melds natural tones with splashes of color with a combination of seating that includes tables, intimate booths, and spacious banquettes where guests can watch the action unfold in the open kitchen. Blonde ribbed wood paneled walls are complemented by shades of blue, ambient lighting, splashes of greenery and gold accents.
