Liquor-infused ice cream brand Aubi & Ramsa is bringing its 21+ ice cream to Miami Beach. The new ice cream shop will open at 440 Española Way.

What Now confirmed the news with a representative of the brand on Wednesday. The representative said the adult ice cream shop is working toward an opening in December.

Upon opening, the representative added, the restaurant will offer the same ice cream menu you can find at all Aubi & Ramsa locations, but an additional food menu is currently in the works. Details on what that menu might contain and when it might roll out are still unavailable, however.

Aubi & Ramsa’s ice cream varieties are infused with a variety of adult beverages. These include tequila, as in the Coco Loco, a coconut cream flavor made with Don Julio Blanco; single malt scotch, as in the Highland Truffle, a Belgian chocolate flavor made with Macallan 12-Year; and champagne, as in the Tangerine Mimosa made with Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut.

The location on Española Way is among a number of other food and drink locations, including Tropezón Miami, Hosteria Romana, and Havana 1957 Cuban Cuisine.

Keep your eyes for this indulgent ice cream brand heading to Miami Beach this winter.
