Bakery Chain Continues Expanding in South Florida

Vicky Bakery, the popular Florida pastry chain, is bringing their delicious pastelitos to Coral Springs in a few months. What Now spoke with Amy Cao, Chief Marketing Partner of Vicky Enterprises, on Tuesday to confirm a plan review filed for the new unit at 2528 N. University Drive. 

According to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the company Royal Plaza Café, LLC submitted the plan review. According to Cao, the company is a franchising partner with the brand, with a total of five units in the area. The authorized members of the business are Alicio Pina and Nosbely Toledo, according to the Division of Corporations.  

Cao didn’t share many specific details about the project, other than it should be open in a few months. According to the website, there are several more restaurants listed and denoted with “Baking Soon!” 

The brand was founded in Miami in 1972 and has grown to a total of 17 locations across the state.

The plan review, filed on March 15, is still in process.
