Hot off the heels of earning Michelin Guide recognition for Stubborn Seed and Red Rooster, Grove Bay Hospitality Group is gearing up to debut their next project, Bayshore Club. The new restaurant is getting ready to open doors at 3385 Pan American Drive in Coconut Grove.
Bayshore Club is a new open-air restaurant, bar and entertainment venue at Regatta Harbour, where nearly every seat will offer a view of the harbor. “The covered part of the restaurant has two levels. Walk down some stairs and you’ll find the 360-degree bar,” Grove Bay Co-Founder and CEO Francesco Balli told Miami New Times. “Step further down and you’ll find tables on the sand.”
An outdoor patio will also have oversize games, seven fire pits, and seating areas perfect for gathering with friends and family. A casual, family-friendly eatery, Bayshore Club will serve classic pub fare such as burgers, sandwiches, salads, and tacos. There will also be a raw bar, cocktails, and craft beers.
At Bayshore Club, there will be something to look forward to every day of the week, from weekly live music performances, to Happy Hour from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays. If you love oysters, Bayshore Club will be shucking them for $2 a pop from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Mondays. On Wednesdays, we drink pink because bottles of rosé are half-off.
Bayshore Club will pay homage to the site’s former use as the Pan American Seaplane Base from 1931 to 1945, decorated with nods to Coconut Grove’s aviation and nautical past. This will be the first restaurant by Grove Bay Hospitality Group at Regatta Harbour, with more possibly down the pipeline.
