Located on the northwest corner of the intersection between Northeast First Avenue and Northeast First Street, the third floor of the Old Post Office Building will soon be home to Downtown Miami’s first Biscayne Bay Brewing Company taproom, according to both a recently submitted plan review and information posted on the brand’s website.

Founded in 2012, Biscayne Bay produces a slate of high quality beers that include the Tropical Bay IPA, the Regatta Double IPA, and the Pass Time Pilsner.

“Biscayne Bay brewing Company is commited to growing the beer culture of Miami,” reads the Get to Know Us page on the Biscayne Bay website. “With a focus on classic styles of beer, Biscayne Bay Brewing has built a reputation for quality above all else.”

“BBBC continually collaborates with local service organizations,” the description continues, listing such charitable organizations as The Education Fund, Friends of Biscayne Bay, Boys and Girls Club of Miami, and St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

What Now reached out on Monday to several representatives of the brand. No representative was immediately available for comment. The opening date for Biscayne Bay Brewing Company’s new taproom remains unknown for the moment.
