With restaurants in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Bombay Darbar, the “Best Indian Restaurant in all of South Florida” is preparing to launch a third location. The new Bombay Darbar will open at 8405 53rd St E101 in Doral, according to the restaurant’s website.

“We represent a dynamic mix of cultural & culinary backgrounds that bring you an impeccable and delicious dining experience with genuine and authentic Indian Cuisine,” says the website’s About section. “We strive for prompt, efficient, and courteous service to leave an impressionable mark on our customers.”

The menu opens with Appetizers like Vegetable Samosa and Tandoori Chicken Wings, moving on to favorite Chicken entrees like Butter Chicken, Mango Chicken Curry, and Chicken Korma. A selection of Lamb Entrees includes Lamb Roganjosh (Boneless lamb cooked in tomato sauce with yogurt, onion, ginger, garlic, and spices) and Lamb Vindaloo (Boneless lamb pieces and potatoes cooked with vinegar in spicy sauce, ordered medium spicy or hot).

Opening near Downtown Doral Park, the new location will join a food and drink community that includes Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar, Barbakoa by Finka, and Pura Vida.

“Join us for an unforgettable experience filled with exotic flavors, vibrant spices, and heartwarming hospitality,” says a recent Instagram post by Downton Doral. “Stay tuned for the Grand Opening date – your taste buds are in for a treat!”
