The retail center on the southwest corner of Pines Boulevard and North University Drive will soon be home to a new pizza spot. Boneyard Pizza Co. will open its doors at 8358 Pines Boulevard, offering a menu that includes pizzas, wings, and more.
That menu, posted on the brand’s website (which is still under construction and therefore subject to change), includes both Detroit– and New York-style pizzas. There are also salads like the Greek Feta and the Tossed Caesar, and a selection of other dishes, including tenders, wings, sliders, and Small Plates like Coconut Shrimp and Rio Bravo Egg Rolls.
Behind Boneyard Pizza Co. is owner Jose Marte. What Now contacted Marte on Tuesday to inquire about plans for the new restaurant. Marte declined to speak about Boneyard Pizza Co.
Opening in the retail center at Pines and University Drive, Boneyard Pizza Co. will join eateries like Mi Casita Bakery, Este’s Mucho Perro, and Dairy Queen.
