Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar, the taco and seafood concept from Broadway Restaurant Group, is making its way south to West Palm Beach. The brand currently has two Boston locations, making it the brand’s third outpost. It will open, according to plan review paperwork submitted by Loco WPB LLC, at 840 N Railroad Ave, as part of Nora West Palm.

“Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar is [a] funky neighborhood taco shop serving a variety of Mexican fare, fresh oysters, and creative cocktails,” the Nora website says. “The West Palm Beach location within Nora is an outpost of the Boston staple, and features all of the same Loco favorites, including the famous seasoned tortilla chips served with house made guacamole, creative tacos, and crushable margaritas. The vibrant space is your go-to spot for a casual lunch with friends or a night on the town.”

Those creative tacos are served in varieties like Roasted Cauliflower (charred peanut mole, southwestern salsa, toasted pepitas, red beet corn tortilla), Carnitas (citrus pork, white onion & cilantro, salsa macha), and Maple Bourbon Pork Belly (crispy fried pork, maple-bourbon reduction, granny smith & frisee salad).

Opening at Nora West Palm, Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar will join concepts like Sunday Motor Co., Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Celis Juice Bar, and more.

What Now reached out on Friday to co-owner Eric Aulenback to ask about the timeline for the opening. Aulenback was not immediately available for comment.
