Located in the Palmetto Bay Village Center at 18001 Old Cutler Road, Break Thyme Cafe is a salad and sandwich concept from the team at Joy Wallace catering.

“Break Thyme Cafe at Palmetto Bay Village Center offers a selection of sandwiches, salads, hot meals, and beverages ready just in time for your lunch break,” says a description of the brand provided to Google Maps.

Break Thyme has been reviewed highly, if not yet widely, on Google Maps:

“Great food, great prices, great service,” says on 5-star review.

“I eat here almost on a daily basis (breakfast and lunch),” says another.

Now, Break Thyme Cafe appears to be working on a second location. Breakthyme Cafe MDCH LLC has submitted plan review paperwork for a Break Thyme Cafe at 20 NW First Avenue, Floor 4.

What Now reached out on Friday to Joy Wallace CEO Reinaldo Ramos to ask about plans for a second Break Thyme Cafe. Ramos was not immediately available for comment.
