The building at 3030 Harbor Drive in Fort Lauderdale appears to be the future home of a new restaurant project—and likely more than that—from BSD Capital. Plan review paperwork submitted by 3030 Harbor Dr Holdings LLLP (behind which is BSD Capital) shows Barley House opening at that address.

BSD Capital is the developer behind a number of housing and retail developments like Koosh Living, Dolce by Wyndham Hollywood, Lakeland Town Center, and others, along with connected restaurants.

What Now reported last summer for example, on Puya Urban Cantina, then planned for Koosh Living at Griffin in Delray Beach. It’s now open there, “bringing authentic Mexican cuisine to the table with bold flavors and time-honored recipes.”

What Now reached out to BSD Founder, Co-CEO and CFO Guy Levintin on Wednesday to ask about plans for Barley House opening on Harbor Drive. Levintin was not immediately available for comment.

Details on the menu are therefore not yet available, but we’ll be keeping an eye out. Given the name Barley House, we’re betting on find plenty of beer. The Google Street View image above shows the building at 3030 Harbor Drive boarded up and unused: it’s safe to bet Barley House is part of a bigger project BSD capital has in the works.
